Each person's journey of opening to their sacred energy flow is unique and beautiful. For some it's a solo journey of following the mystic path of inner healing through sacred sexual reclamation. For some it's a journey of exploring deeper connection and sacred union with a partner. For others it's honouring a calling to connect to the medicine and wisdom of their soul's purpose and walk the high priestess path of sharing healing and transformation through this work.

Beginning the Path

Often times we don't know where the path wants to take us when we are starting out, we are just learning about how to take the first steps. Most people who reach out to me start with questions and just want to know more about this work, what it can look like to begin exploring and how it can help with some specific challenges in their lives.

I like to begin with a consultation for anyone looking for one-one work together. Four Aspects along the Sacred Spiral

Embody

For those beginning- embodiment

is a journey into being, regulating, and landing in presence. This is the gateway to every other aspect of the work. It is the foundation.

This level is all about learning to inhabit yourself and prepare your temple. We cover somatic and poly vagal approaches and some beginner tantric theory.

Transform

For those advancing- This level of coaching is a deep dive into harnessing the eros and embracing it as a direct channel back to source.

This level explores ritual sexual practices and reclamation of the erotic as divine.

Activate

For those progressing-In this level we can begin a relationship with the sexual energy and reclaim it as a healing force. We open the pathways of holistic sexuality and mystic understanding of the self.

This level is about energy flow and beginning to channel the divine spark. We cover more advanced meditative practices, and awakening techniques for the sexual energy.

Alchemize

For those integrating- On the seasoned path we recognize this is a life times work and begin to learn how to consecrate shadow and surrender profoundly as we move into deeper layers of integration of the medicine.

This level walks through the initiation of sacred grief, deep living, and ecstatic being.

Session Elements

Sessions always begin with an intuitive assessment and exploration of what is alive in you, intentions for your healing and development, and follow up discussion on any themes or practices from prior sessions.

Coaching and Intuitive guidance are then explored to help you advance on your path. Within this part of the session I may weave in wisdom teachings and practices from varied sources including- tantric healing, shamanic perspectives, somatic + poly vagal theories, kundalini yoga, non violent communication...etc There are a wide range of philosophies I draw from to support clients.

Hands on Healing (for in person sessions) In these sessions, breathwork, bodywork and energy work are combined to help you work with your ecstatic energy channel and support inner healing and transformation. The starting point for each client is highly individual. There is work to be done to prepare the body before this innate life force energy can flow and be used in a healing way.

For some these sessions will be focused on greater embodiment and re-patterning ideas and experiences of the creative life force energy. For others, we may embark on a deeper sacred ritual of working directly with the sacred channels of eros as healing pathways.
